Judy Ferro, Chair

A Caldwell native, Judy became active as a Democrat in 1998 and served as District 10 captain for several years. Retired as a teacher and librarian, she writes young adult fiction. idadem@yahoo.com

Thaddius Wenderoth, Vice Chair

A transplant from Ohio, Thaddius is used to a powerful and positive Democratic Party working to win close races. He is heading the party fund drive and supervising technical matters.

Secretary

Julia Harter interned with the Larry LaRocco campaign in 2008 and has remained active in the party as a precinct captain. She is a BSU graduate and a social worker.

Judy Heinbach, Treasurer

Hardworking and good at numbers, Judy Heinbach manages the bank account and files the Sunshine report for the Canyon Democrats. She works in retail and is married to precinct captain Roger Heinbach.

Alex Zamora, State Committeeman

A newly certified social worker, Alex Zamora is a master at event planning and a former coordinator for the LaRocco Senate campaign.

Maria Mabbutt, State Committeewoman

The immediate past chair, Maria is a tireless worker at outreach, especially phone and telephone canvassing. Her office, Power of Translation, in the Longbranch Station, 12th Avenue and 1st St S, serves as a Nampa satellite office for the party (461-4491).

State Executive Committee

Rachael Raue, Region 3 Representative

As a member of the Executive Committee of the Idaho State Democrats, Rachael helps in setting the policy, goals, and budget for the state organization. A retired engineer, she is also chair of District13 Democrats and regularly supervises mailings for the Canyon County Democrats.

District Chairs

District 10 Dale Kenyon

Active with the Canyon County Democrats since his retirement as Wilder postmaster, Dale is a past County Chair. He has been a candidate for Wilder mayor and District 10 representative.

District 11 Bob Solomon

A school counselor and soccer enthusiast, Bob serves as head of this district that includes Gem County and northern Canyon County. He has been a candidate for Distrct 11 representative.

District 12 Matt Greene

Matt joined the party in 2008 and immediately became an avid canvasser. He is willing to help anyone canvass any district.

District 13 Rachael Raue

Retired from a job in Washington, D.C., Rachael now works at organizing her precinct captains, hosting special events and preparing materials for canvassing and mailing.
